weDaaS Subscription

We understand that Driver and Truck counts fluctuate. That’s why we took the “No Contract” approach so they can right size their fleet without penalty.

Wireless Providers

We know that the Wireless Providers don’t care about if your company lost drivers.
If you need to deactivate a device on your account they will charge you the remaining balance that is owed on the device regardless of it your offer to return it.
If you are in a contract term, you will pay a larger ETF. (In most cases it starts at $200)

Multi Network

We are providing a Multi-Network (At&t/T-Mobile) to increase the connectivity footprint.

We give you a way to erase corporate data without user consent.

We give you the ability to troubleshoot your drivers software issues in real time by taking over the tablet from your computer while having a voice communication.

We know that some ELD or Telematic providers are offering a HOTSPOT capability so we in turn are offering a WIFI only subscription option as well.
We can also evaluate if that ELD/Telematic provider is over charging for that HOTSPOT

App Updates

We know that you need to control app updates and deploy new applications in real-time, we give you that ability.

We know that sometimes you need to locate the mobile device/driver when they are out of the cab, we give you that ability.
We also give you GPS tracking redundancy in 30 second increments.

We know that sharing time sensitive documents can be a challenge, we give you that ability via WeBox

We know how important real time messaging out to the fleet is, we give you that ability in multiple ways with being able to Broadcast messages that must be acknowledged and also give text to speech 2-way messaging via WeTalk.

Use Cases

Cost Efficiency – weDaaS allows trucking companies to avoid the high upfront costs associated with purchasing and maintaining mobile devices. Instead, they can opt for a subscription model, which can be more cost-effective, especially for smaller and mid-sized companies.
Scalability – Trucking companies often need to adjust the number of mobile devices and services based on their fleet size and operational requirements. weDaaS provides the flexibility to scale up or down as needed, making it easy to accommodate changing business needs.
Fleet Management – weDaaS solutions can be integrated with fleet management systems, allowing trucking companies to track vehicle and driver performance, optimize routes, and monitor fuel efficiency. This data-driven approach can lead to cost savings and improved operational efficiency.
Security Management – Managing mobile devices and ensuring data security is a top priority for trucking companies. weDaaS providers often include mobile device management (MDM) solutions to help with device security, compliance, and remote monitoring.

Reduced Administrative Burden – weDaaS providers can handle device procurement, configuration, and ongoing management, reducing the administrative burden on trucking companies and allowing them to focus on core operations.
Up-to-Date Hardware – Staying current with mobile device technology is crucial for trucking companies. weDaaS ensures that drivers and staff have access to the latest and most capable devices, which can lead to improved performance and safety.
Maintenance and Support – weDaaS providers typically offer device maintenance, support, and repair services. This ensures that devices are well-maintained, reducing the risk of breakdowns and minimizing downtime for drivers.
